Matheson Advises BlackRock on the Sale of Jacobs Inn Dublin
A cross-departmental team at Matheson recently advised BlackRock, global investment manager, on the sale of Jacobs Inn Dublin to Spanish investment manager, Azora. Matheson is delighted to support BlackRock on this sale, having advised on its acquisition of the 412 bed Dublin hostel in 2020. The sale of the Dublin hostel formed part of a wider transaction which also included the sale of Jacobs Inn Barcelona to Azora.
