Matheson LLP is delighted to have advised the Facility Agent, Security Trustee and a syndicate of lenders on the refinancing of the existing debt facilities of Irish Residential Properties REIT plc, Ireland’s largest private rental accommodation provider. The new facilities comprise an initial €500 million revolving credit facility which may be increased by up to an additional €200 million.
