A Matheson team led by Corporate M&A partner Brian McCloskey, senior associate Ciara Finnan, solicitor Evelyn Soye and trainee Harry Healy is delighted to have advised the Ryan family on their agreement to sell the Grand Hotel, Malahide to FBD Hotels and Resorts, which is pending approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
Built in 1835, the Grand Hotel is a four-star hotel with 202 bedrooms, extensive wedding and event spaces as well as bar, restaurant and leisure facilities.
