Matheson is pleased to have advised Bauer Media Group, a leading European media business which includes print and online publishing and audio broadcasting and entertainment, in relation to the Irish elements of its proposed acquisition of Clear Channel Europe-North, a significant player in the out of home media sector. The transaction is expected to close later in 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
