Matheson is pleased to have recently advised the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) in relation to debt financing facilities to Port of Cork which are being utilised to develop new infrastructure to facilitate Ireland’s ambitious Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) strategy. The Port of Cork will become the first port in Ireland capable of hosting the large-scale storage and assembly requirements of offshore wind projects
