Matheson is delighted to have advised private equity house Draycott SCR and global industrial group Purever Industries, on their acquisition of Ardmac, the Irish headquartered international specialist contracting firm.

Draycott SCR is a private equity fund based in Portugal with a focus on equity consolidation and buy-outs, real estate development and yield, venture capital and growth and innovation. Ardmac is leading provider of clean, technical and working environments to the life sciences, data, micro-electronics, EV battery and commercial sectors across Europe. Ardmac employs approx. 500 people and Purever employs approx. 1,100 people and following the acquisition the strength of the combined offering will enable the group to offer both material supply and specialist construction solutions, bringing a competitive advantage in their operating markets.
