(“Vallen”), a Nautic Partners LLC portfolio company and a market leader in indirect industrial supply chain solutions on its acquisition of Dublin based Eastland Engineering Supply Co. Limited (“EES”), Ireland’s largest provider of MRO supply chain services, from MML Growth Capital Partners and other shareholders.
Vallen is a global leader in the provision of industrial supply chain solutions, vendor managed inventory and technical service offerings. Vallen’s acquisition of EES demonstrates a further commitment from Vallen to expand its European footprint, further bolstering its position in the European market following other recent acquisitions in the market earlier this year.
