Matheson LLP, alongside Norton Rose Fulbright Paris, advised HPS (CSE: HPS), a leading global provider of payment software and solutions, on its acquisition of CR2, a digital banking and payments software company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
The Matheson team was led by London-based corporate partner Sandie Lord, with senior associates Jenny Keenan and Katherine Hall.
