One of our highlights was in 2019, when Matheson became the first organisation in Ireland, across all sectors, to achieve the Diversity Gold Standard from the Irish Centre for Diversity, a clear endorsement of the work Matheson has embedded across the firm in the area of Diversity & Inclusion.
